Importance of Exercise for Fitness and Health

Mojooda dor main TV, Internet aur doosri bohat c ejadat ne men aur women ko kahil (sust) bana deya hai.  Khas tour per young generations bohat sa time inn devices ko itemal karte howey active tarz-e-zindagi nahin rakhteen. Iss dor main sust tarz-e-zindagi aik silent killer (khamosh qatil) sabit ho raha hai. Iss leye fitness k liye exercise ki ehmiyyat aur bhi barh jati hai.

Benefits of Exercise for Fitness and Health

Exercise ya warzish health aur fitness ke liye aik behtareen tuhfa hai. Exercise bohat c bimarion, bashamool dil aur sugar, ka muft ilaj hai. Jismani tour par mutaharik (active) rehna aik khushgawar zindagi ka zamin hai. Aik mash’hoor doctor ke baqol, exercise sab se sasti dawai hai. Exercise dil ki bemari, sugar, kuch cancers aur depression ke ilawah bohat se bemarion se bachati hai.
Exercise karne ke liye kisi mehngey gym ko join karna zaroori nahin. Bohat c exercises aisee hain jo aap ba-asaani ghar per bhi kar sakte hain.
Exercise Tips:
·         Jo bhi exercise aap select karen woh aisee zaroor honi chahye ke jis ke liye apko mehnat karna paray – aur yeh tu aur bhi ziada behtar hoga agar uss se apko paseena bhi aye. Iss ke liye tez chalna aik umdha exercise ho sakti hai.Iss ke elawah ghar main rassa phalangna , cycle chalana, bhagbani karna bhi bohat achi exercise hai. Neez hafta main aik , du bar muscle stretching bhi karen.
·         Walking ke elawah jumping jacks (apni jagah per uchalna), apni jagah per kharey kharey  jogging yani ahista dorna , halka wazan uthana , dancing , seerhyan (stairs) charhna aur leg lifting yani tangain ooper uthana aisee exercises hain jo aap ba-asani ghar per hi kar sakti hain.
·         Exercise start karne se pehle kuch halke stretches (jaisa ke dono bazo phelana) karna mofeed hota hai.
·         Woh exercise karen jo apko pasand ho. Iss se aap bore nahin honge.
·         Agar akele exercise karte howey boriyyat (boredom) ho tu kisi sathi ke sath exercise ka plan banaen. Moqable ya competition ka mahol bananay se boriyyat kamm hoti hai. Exercise ke liye goals/hadaf muqarar (set) karne se bhi dilchaspi qaem rehti hai.
·         Jo bhi exercise fitness k liye karen, uss main mustaqil mizaji (consistency ) dekhaen. Kuch din exercise kar ke chor dena kuch ziada faida nahin deta.
·         Exercise karne k sath sat is baat ko bhi yaqeeni banaen ke aap computer, tv, mobile waghaira per bhi kam time sarf karen.
·         Apne roz marrah routine main bhi chalne phirne ka izafa karen jaisa ke market ya job  tak paidal jana, lift ke bejay stairs (seerhyan) charhna.
·         Ghar ke kaam bhi exercise ki aik shakal hain.

·         Exercise start karne ke liye kisi khas maheene ya din ka intezar na karen, balke aaj hi start kar deegeye! Kiun k kal kabhi nahin aata.
